No worries will do! It was just that the question popped up the other day, when I was asked by Cabbie, who is another one who seldom misses an opportunity to mostly negatively comment on my posts. But hey, that one is going on since 2007 already so nothing new there. Having done a little more but interesting research on you know what, I personally suspect not the same, but similar motivation or even urge behind it all.
So as long as it gives you the doses you require, keep on going, however there is a danger point to it as well!
