Obviously I don't know what the endgame is going to be, because going by the numbers involved it obviously isn't a retail game being played here. So at this stage, I think anything we can come up with is speculation at best.
Personally I'm looking forward to this Friday, March 17th being the first Quadruple Witching Day of the year where I would expect above average if not to say huge volumes being turned over.

Quite regularly there might even be a bullish run-up to these dates. However even though there is a possibility of it, if any of the short positions will or won't be covered on such a day is impossible to to predict.
