Then you should know this had a massive impact and didnt allow the sp to move untill it was over. You should also know the bad smell was already in the air before the court case issues were announced(4 weeks isnt long) and that nothing moves up in a straight line..
We look to have already had our correction.. This was due to poor lithium performer's and spod prices falling, after the KDR WES bid occurred. We also clearly had a lack of news flow, CR and Buldania didnt hit what everyone wanted in the recent drilling. (many thought BD would be bigger than KV by now)
FYI Head and shoulders patterns are very unreliable and can go either way. Based off recent activity and upcoming news flow I'd say its far more inclined to go up and test its recent highs again.
