If you can't/don't see it that way hat's alright, blending out the noise is one way of looking at those averaged Heiken Ashi candles. However I rather look at the real thing and all I use Heiken Ashi candles for is to identify buying and selling pressure. Usually that works a treat, because what follows buying pressure are the green candles and if there is selling pressure what follows are the read candles. IMCO it's quite easy to identify when you look at it in this way.
