Gina already knows that such a low ball offer for LTR will fall on very deaf ears. Especially since $3 was offered only last year and TO has us now much much closer to production and is already confident of obtaining further funding if needed from her or other sources. I suspect she might be more likely to assist with financing to enable the expanded capacity plans to be reinstated in return for further off takes for her Indian clients. That is the only way she can procure a reliable source of supply for them very quickly.
