In September 2019 we weren't a few months away from production.
There's nothing wrong with capital raises if the money is used to bring a company closer to its goals.
The banks would not have recently stumped up the loan if they thought they wouldn't get paid.
Independent technical experts are fine,LVT have nothing to hide.
In 2019 the PM wasn't mentioning LVT by name and pledging 230 million to help bring the company to production.
In September 2019 we weren't a few months away from production....
