As mentioned previously I didn't much like the dept facility announcement and its conditions, however it is there and provided certain conditions are fulfilled it can be drawn upon. LTR doesn't expect the need to be drawn on before Q3 of 2024. As mentioned in the announcement, "The Debt Facility provides financial certainty and sufficient time for Liontown to complete the previouslyannounced review of Kathleen Valley’s 4Mtpa expansion, including opex and capital requirements, on whichthe Company will provide a market update in Q2 CY2024."
Remember this dept facility was and had to be put in place in a hurry. Here is the hint I also mentioned previously for an alternative funding solution - "In parallel, the Company is continuing to exploreoptions for a longer-term funding solution to provide future flexibility and optionality beyond the 3Mtpa basecase. It is possible that a longer-term funding solution could be implemented prior to any drawdown of theDebt Facility."
