I'm always tempted to correct posters who insist a c&h pattern can ever be a reversal pattern. Given the erroneous proliferation of this distortion it's almost impossible but leave it up to those who try to trade it as a reversal pattern and watch the abject failure time and time again..
Absolutely nowhere in any publication by the proponent of this pattern, William J. O'Neil, will anyone find the pattern as a reversal. It is a continuation pattern pure and simple. The LTR chart looks absolutely nothing like this at present despite wishful thinking.
