LOL, the LIT is important for the simple reason you just thought fit to discredit it as an indication of where things might be going - the number of people using it as a guide! To an extend it is the same reason why certain Fibonacci ratios and moving averages are working - people know them, respect them and base their decisions on them - it’s as simple as that. So it pays to know what they are looking at and what they base their decisions on!
