LTR is a brilliant example of that.
Receives a takeover offer at $3.00
The offer is withdrawn, the underlying valuation metrics did not support $3.00 and so its falls to fair / market value.
Are you suggesting that the takeover offer at $3.00 was a bubble? Then, what was the reason for ALB to pay 2-3 times the real value for this risky company (I assume that you consider that current valuation is the most accurate one after "underlying valuation metrics").
