If ALB had gone ahead with the deal they would have been in huge woes financially now.
Gina did them a favour.
Not only did they have to hit the market to support their own balance sheet, but the BOD at LTR had to hit the markets for an enormous cash and financial package
So much for fully funded.
The SP quite rightly gets smashed.
$3.00 was a bubble price.
It burst, or are you denying the massive wipe out here.
$2.70 is the new $3.00 here given the extra SOI
