Didn’t Gina pay a 41% premium though on top of FMG’s offer? I never held Atlas, but my understanding is that there was a bit of tussle between companies, where first bids were by Min Res, then FMG topped them and bought their shares, and then Gina came over the top of theirs after acquiring her 19.9% with a full cash offer. She is a shrewd business woman no doubt. Only time will tell I guess what her plans are here with our Lion. TBH, I don’t trust any of them at all.
I’m hoping to just see production kick into gear, and some steady increase to the value of LTR once they ramp up. Hopefully by then the demand will be increasing and our offtake partners will want more. If she is still holding on by then it might cost her a lot more than a pretty penny to grab the Lion. GLTAH.
