Gina might well envisage KV lithium ending up in China and India.
However, as Cube now prepares for port action, and first shipments approach, I would bet my $ on our product ending up in the US.
I think the emerging supply relationship between LG Energy and Tesla, with final battery product moving more to US to gain maximum US Government subsidies, will mean that KV product is routed largely through the US, possibly via South Korea.
With Tesla, LG and Ford as our initial lithium partners, it will be interesting to watch their initial product directions from Geraldton port.
Gina and her other friends may have an eye on additional volumes we can produce early, or on the longer term supply after initial off take terms.
However, seems to me there may well be some significant tensions between potential customers and their mid and downstream aspirations.
I also would not rule out Sumitomo and Japan Inc. playing a supporting role with KV as well, introducing a further complexity.
