You need to look at the grand scheme of things not just take a side more aligned with the views of shorters. Fact is that PLS is ahead of LTR in terms of share price due to the fact they have been producing for a while now. They offer revenue and growth in a hostile environment, most likely because they have reasonable offtake agreements. It is secure. There is nothing surprising or unusual about this.
LTR coming online is not going to flood the market with product, as they have secure offtake agreements, just like PLS. LTR is about to start producing a very high quality product, where it is basically all going straight to their pre-determined customers.
Despite all the doom and gloom spruiked about LTR’s funding, and ramp up issues to be expected blah blah blah, they are simple logistical mining problems associated with every single mining company ever. If these ramping up production commencing issues were so damning and soul destroying, there would be no bloody mines anywhere in the world. So it is IMO just bluster and scare tactics.
If LTR is not taken over soon for a pretty penny (big $$), it is going to gradually get to around the same price of PLS, where just like PLS and ALL other miners, the SP will then fluctuate as is the norm. Simple.
GLTAH, the Lion is set to take off running and don’t be put off by too much negativity trying to scare you. All IMO.
