Some downrampers argued that part of the increase in opex at Kathleen Valley came from the difficulties to hire qualified people (LTR had to increase salaries to make the job offers attractive enough for people to leave their former jobs).
They teach at MBA courses that low unemployment rates are negative for companies for these same reasons.
