PLS has bottomed hard like every other company. So if you look forward they'll surely be valued above and beyond where they've already been whether it be near term or at length, pending China's ability to continue their assault on the world.
Historically a rule of thumb premium for a TO is 30% but in the current space we've seen offers creeping closer to 100% when comparing Gina/SQM's approach on AZS and RIO's acquisition of Arcadium.
If we see it as an easy run getting back to $1.80 then that places us in the same realm and $3.50 is justified.
The issue is when this scenario comes about the future will become clearer and a guy like Tim will be hard to persuade.
Look for $1.80 and $3.50 is already there IMO
