Don't mind me, just doodling. A possibility here of a Bullish flag, short term target 72c?




As much as I am very bullish on LTR, and love to speculate where our SP may end up, it's very unlikely to be anywhere near $3 for the foreseeable future, unless there's a huge supply shortage or someone who's desperate to get into the lithium space, to buy us out at that price. Spod price has crashed around 80% from its highs, around the same time the offer to buy us out was made (and scuppered by Gina NoHeart).

A $3 valuation puts us at a MC of $7.3bn. To put it into context, that's a higher MC than a cashed up PLS, who have a fully optimised and operational open pit mine, with 70% recovery rates and projects in the pipeline.

I do think though at this stage, we should realistically be around half the value of PLS, bare minimum. And I believe that after a 6-12 month period of further optimisation and revenues, we will get there. If we're not over $3bn MC at the end of 2025 (or sooner), I'll be gobsmacked.

Any meaningful increase in the spod price will shoot both LTR and PLS up of course. Our MC and that of every other Li company, is directly linked to the prevailing spod price. Shorters are on their way out knowing it's only a matter of time, and there's little to gain by being in at these suppressed levels.
