You''ve commented several times that you don't think it will without any news, you then state there won't be news in the next week to potentially help the chart.
-Truth is none of us know if news will come or not
-But to state it won't when you don't follow fundamentals is ignorant as the signs would say otherwise and new's could literally come anyday now
If he's a "ramper" like you say, going by that you must be an even worse one:
-Many charts proven wrong without even including AGY
-"Ramped" AGY from 30c+ to 6c
(Readers keep in mind he held AGY 30c+ back down to 6c due to fundamentals being so good, when the chart was horrible and pointing down multiple times for weeks on end)
^Based off that i'd say new's could be any day now as they're waiting for the results from the lab.
