It obviously is the ascending triangle that has been mentioned numerous times. However the lower TL has to hold or the triangle is in danger to break south against expectations. There is also a cup & handle pattern in play however just like the triangle it is on the brink of not playing out - that is if 10.5 - 10c is broken.
