Absolutely not what I am saying or suggesting! Please do not accuse me of such!

However if a chartist would be part of an influential group of investors, an organisation/fund or institution they certainly could do so as part of there job description. Who do you think writes the algorithms that we are seeing at work every day? That's right my learning friend, they are called chartists and mathematicians!
You didn't think there is some bastard sitting behind a trading computer, who hits the sell/buy button 5 times a minute to move 20, 50 or even a hundred shares.
I have written algorithms myself trading automatically and believe it or not they worked and made money trading indices and POG.
