Go and have a look at the share price lifecycle of AGY in the last 4 years. I hold AGY and I’m not cross promoting I’m just using them as an example, Ok?
AGY proved battery grade out of their pilot plant all the way back in 2018 - our peak was 48c (roughly). Since that pilot plant has made 30t of BG lithium and it’s been qualified by multiple users worldwide. It still hasn’t stopped our SP being smashed down to 3.2c last year. From memory we had a $48 million MC (roughly). Our current MC is only $400 million and yet out first year of production will net us $52 million profit on a carbonate price of $31k tonne BG.
Do you see my point now? AGY is going to become only the 6th brine BG producer in the world and even we get smashed! It’s just the SP cycle of miners/producers. That’s life. I’d be very very surprised if LTR is different to PLS and AGY - IMO.
