As an ex smoker, I did miss it for a while but eventually am totally grateful to myself for having quit smoking and nicotine replacements (mints). Rather than recommend bad habits such as vaping I recommend the book “freedom from nicotine the journey home” available free to download from whyquit.com. You won’t regret reading it. Good luck
