    I wouldn't say demand for EV's has peaked - but rather demand for Tesla & EV makers SHARES have peaked (for now). Elon probably scored a few own goals.

    Lots of analysts making noises about short term price drops in lithium (LTR doesn't have shovels in the ground so who really cares what prices will do over the next few years - its what happens once the mine is operational

    I do think though that a pullback in LTR is warranted. 10year bond rates have risen, increasing LTRs wacc, and diminishing its NPV as its positive cashflows are further out.

    Then we have inflation risk on the build. Could see a few capex blow outs.

    Will be interesting to watch. I may buy more at another point in time, though I have zero urgency to do so.
