Now, that would have to be the dumbest comment I've read in quite a while - are you trying to say that such things aren't factored in to the price of the Stock you're trying to Chart??. Active, successful Chartists know that Management is the most important thing in keeping the Chart on an even keel. Back to school for you, fella.
