Yep, as well as the three you've posted it's sometimes colloquially called an inverted hammer. Depends whereabouts in the overall trend though.
At the bottom of a downtrend, inverted hammer, at the top of an uptrend, shooting star or upthrust. The interpretations are several. Means didly squat without referring to volume though.
