That is good to know how it happened. I was not watching trades after 1pm so I didn't see them. I just checked the 15 min chart and can see it happened in the last 40 min. I actually thought after making the charts that someone with big holding just sold out when the price stalled at around 16.5c because it couldn't go through 18c. I thought someone told "this ok for me better to realised the profits now".

But now after your explanation about the very large fake sell orders that large holder was pushed, better to say "was manipulated" to sell the holdings.

Who can put fake 6m share at 17c and 8m shares at 19c?
That should be a big player. However I call that as a manipulator. Definitely a criminal act. But who cares. Just annoying that's all.

It's obvious from the trades below that the ave. price is 16.56c.

Mainly the buying happened at around 17.5c in the first 4 hours then stalled at 16.5c. The total amount at these levels (from 16.5c to 17.75c) is around 26m. So the ave. is still 16.5c.

Then the manipulation kicked in forced some guys to sell at 1.3m at 15.5c and then 6.8m at 15c. That's not a big deal.

What happened is quite ordinary. People are sitting on big profits. Most of them don't know when to sell, and how to maximise the profits by selling at top point. So they keep their fingers on the sell button.

I can see many are very cool as they are experienced @vmp, @DaisyA, @tretchikoff, @makingmoneystill, @mickvp25, @kevin103, and many others.

It's all about the knowing the value of the "asset" you are holding. If you don't know the value of it then you will be one of the fruits falling down by the tree shakers.

As @DaisyA said above "The bottom line is that within the next 12 months and maybe even 6 months LTR will be taken over by a large Aust, Chinese or US corporation for a low of 40c and a high of $1. As I have said before to anyone who will listen that it is being primed for sale by TG and his board. The recent Investor Presentation confirms that again."

I agree with these opinions. LTR assets are primed for sale. Firstly KV then Buldania. My target price only for KV is min. 40c. That is calculated by the contained Li2O in the resource.

LTR has got 970,000t of that. It should be at least $500 per tonne. (WES - KDR deal has $541/t). That gives me $485m asset price. Which implies to at least 40c.

    • Asset value is at least $500m
    • We all know that buyers (more than one) are circling around LTR.
    • LTR is not making any offtake agreements! Why would that be?
    • Because it's primed to be sold. It'd be hard to sell it if any offtake is committed.
    • LTR is a guaranteed winner atm.
    • Why would I sell and take profits here at 15c instead of taking it at (at least 40c).

I will explain my opinions on the FA & General Banter thread.

These are my opinions indeed not an advice. Anyone can sell at any time they like. There will be happy buyers at any time.
