It certainly is a hot iron, which most would like to stay away from. However my intention is to follow up on this, because it may need just that with constant reminders.
Personally I just settled an insurance claim, which started of as a rejection of my claim to now full acceptance by the insurance including any further findings during repair! It's called determination mixed in with perseverance!
