It is always relevant, it's literally a visual graphic representation of what the market is doing across different timeframes. It's a visual image of the fundamentals, they're one and the same thing yet people naively think they're seperate.
Actually it's 100% driven by exploration results, charts are nothing without the fundamentals because the fundamentals provide the reason to why people are buying this stock (or selling). Some traders will buying based on certain indicators on the Chart, without a care for the fundamentals but it's the fundamentals that are driving that movement overall.
Fundamentals are also why RDN didn't stay above 4.2c; because they had a Capital Raise coming at 3.2c along with other factors like Lithium prices and macro economics.
