I usually prefer to use the top of the candle body when starting with trend lines; but trend lines are also not hard fixed points but rather Zones/Channels.

You also don't skip previous "tops"/points just because you want to; the First High starts and carries to the next one in May/June where I have the first circled zone; can see how both the light blue line and with the white line cut through this area and the blue aligns with the top of the candle bodies, whilst the white starting from the top wick, also catches the wicks at this point too.

Then you have the Gap Up where the blue line cuts through the gap, the white line catches the bottom of that breakout and then both are now sitting under the last few days of trading, this part here is where you see that the trend is changing overall and has formed a bottom, but that will confirm when it can get past that third white line above.

This break above that downtrend helps with the Cup and Handle pattern playing out, the start of Wave-3 and waiting for that breakout from this accumulation channel.

Just needs some good news with this drilling campaign to kick things off and be the catalyst it's waiting for.
