That might be the case as “they” seem to know what is going on with this stock well before retail does.
If the subdued buying over the last week is not a “leaky ship” then it may indicate “they” knew results were not imminent ! (volume has been enough to suggest a leaky ship)….
The long drawn out permit process accompanied by silence from management allowed the share price to slump for months.
Only have to look at the massive spike in “shorts” in the couple of days before the CR which were then closed just a quickly (wink wink).
That might be the case as “they” seem to know what is going on...
