Bit of both, not really a chart pattern (your bottom line cuts through too much and just aligns with what you're wanting it to and skips things at the start but I also realise it's hard to draw on the phone I assume and its roughly done too).
It's already broken the weekly downtrend, before that recent spike to 4.95c; the previous high was the trend line and you don't just move it, you can draw a new one and that new one becomes the secondary trend line but the first trend line of this downtrend has been broken and the share price is sitting above and on it.
Needs market sentiment on lithium and some news to kick it into the start of Wave-3 breakout that I've mentioned in previous Chart posts and the breakout of the Handle from the Cup and Handle pattern which gives an 8c target price purely based on the depth of the Cup as a trading pattern and not considering fundamentals which could take it higher depending on results.
