I found the solution to this - hopefully helpful to anyone else that is struggling with justification within tables.

    • I was copying and pasting a table from Excel into HC.
    • Some columns that I wanted to be right-justified (and appeared to be RJ in Excel) were pasting into HC as centered.
    • I was then having to manually adjust the justification for each cell in the table in my HC post.
    • My issue was that pasting into HC appeared to maintain the justification of some fields, but not others.
    • It turns out that even though Excel appeared to have RJ the fields that I was having a problem with, it was in fact simply presenting the view as RJ in Excel because they were numbers and therefore should be presented as RJ when viewed in Excel.
    • To solve this, go into the Excel data and explicitly RJ the cells that includes the numeric data. It doesn't appear to make any difference in Excel (as they are already presented as RJ), but when you paste into HC, it maintains the RJ setting.

    Voila!
