Preferably over the 1.16 to 1.20 scott paid for the 4.99%. No skin off coopers nose. They will make a bigger gain then all you guys if you get a decent bid. EL also owns alot so he will do well too but Jet 328 probably owns less then me 50,000 and he is excited about it stopping cooper. Worry about your own backyard. Can't wait for IPMs response. I am sure it won't be as happy as yours about the offer unless kpmg think its worth 1.05 cash for thhese buyers LOL
