Cause it was a cheaper way of buying cooper at the time. I am accepting therefor SELLing to the cash plus 1.9 cooper shares so I am getting cooper for a bit more then 16 cents per share with the price I paid. As disgruntled and dirty with cooper as you are about their opportunistic bid even you would think 16 cents is a god buy for cooper. I think your lucky cooper made a bid for IPM. If they didn't no way you would have this bid and it would be about 65 cents today. Just my opinion. Not saying I am right.
