Re the pledges – if the cash has been handed over, then a done deal. However, I know IPM commented on the lax conditions in them – basically that they were weak and not binding.
Suspect the owners of those shares will have no loyalty to any party. If they havn’t already been settled, suspect those shares will end up being sold into the best offer.
