Woohoo, Cooper blown out of the water

Just speculating for a minute....
IPM know TransAtlantic through previous farm-outs & have worked together before the Cooper bid.
The offer also seems set, so that it is almost impossible to go through.
ie. Cooper hold approx 21%
It's CONDITIONAL on receiving 75%! & a small premium....
The more I look at the bid, the more I think this offer has been set so that neither bid will succeed...
Just speculating, but could this be a favour from TNP to the IPM directors ie. future farmouts, acreage, working interests?

All speculation, but at least Cooper is gone
