Why do Minor have to consider the Edge proposal, they now have over 65% plus the balance of Pointon's and some other large shareholders and also they would have LOL when they read the terms of the Edge offer, so other than a Minor (no pun intended) annoyance they would not have given it a 2nd thought.
Where we are at cross purposes here is that you say that because there is a higher offer Minor's mentally changes and they become share traders. I am saying that just because there is a higher offer, they will not change. Some people do not seem the believe that they could possibly be there for the long haul and this is some short term share play.
