Thats not what I'm saying Muss. I'm simply saying that Minor now has an option that they didn't have before this offer was made. Another party has come in and said we are willing to buy the entire thing for 60c a share. Minor have to consider this. Maybe Minor will decide that they think Oaks is actually worth $1 a share and not give the Edge offer more than a passing thought. Considering a quick profit doesn't make necessarily make you a share trader.
In fact if Minor isn't willing to consider the offer this pretty much confirms what a bargain they think they have got by underpaying Oaks shareholders.
