Thanks for the offer Hoots. Sadly neither Oaks or CDU will get me the $2.75m required for that nice view no matter how long I wait. I have a few others that might though.
Given the state of property in places like the sunshine coast maybe you will be able to get me a much better deal on this later in the year when the sellers are a little more motivated.
That said I note that Reef today is showing greatly improved numbers for the 1st four months of the year. Not bad given the interuptions in Jan. Are we seeing a bit of a turnaround ?
Maybe we should all get together and buy our own MLR and get the 15% yield currently on offer.
