I'd think of Noosa as a volatile region (atm). Good for opportunist with cash if they pick the right time, but taking on debt would be fairly risky. I'd sooner get an MLR in Brisbane CBD to pay off debt.
However, the cowboy in me things that Noosa is a great opportunity, considering the sentiment has been negative for the last year or so, calling it the next surfers paradise.
