Unable to find a web page on Edge, which is always a good start does anyone know anything about them? I guess the Directors have to make the offer public, have they discussed it with the major shareholder, who surely would have indicated if they are sellers or. Are the Directors themselves now promoting a hostile bid? If I was minor I would not at this stage even give the offer, given that it is so conditional, any air at all. It seems that they have not completed serious due diligence.
