The offer came in after he had accepted the offer. I'm sure he would happily unaccept and take 60c from Edge instead if he was able to. The board recommended that shareholders accept the Minor offer in the absense of a superior offer. Looks like we may now have one.
Besides, who cares what the board do. Most shareholders will take the highest offer, or any offer from anybody other than Minor. Surely that is what matters.
