Minor could just wait them out as they are not going to get any income for their investment not have any say in how the business is run. What do they have to offer in terms of expertise and synergies to Minor? I think that this is just an exercise in the Board trying to say see "we can get you a better price". Given that they had told the market that there was a $.60 bid coming here it is. They did not say that it was going to actually come to anything. I guess when the market looks at their CV's later on they will not be remembered for making misleading statements to the market. They may have got a better offer but have they got a better deal, I think not.
