I trust that BIG will go into a trading halt before it announces a US JV or similar. Some companies have trading halts at the drop of a hat, but that hasn't been BIG's way thus far. I'd like to think that a US JV would be a significant enough event to warrant one, and it would also signal to the market how momentous and significant such an agreement is. It would be interesting to see the response to the SP after the TH if that were to be the case.
