Issuing additional shares for management, CR or other opportunities is common practice. Nothing to worry about. The additional shares/options need to be ratified at the AGM so yes that takes up space but it is really an administrative requirement.
I'm looking forward to the update and general business.
I'm also liking how the share has consolidated this week. Its not bouncing around. That's a good sign if there is good news released at the AGM.
