Are you working on a commission for management fan boy? It is becoming quite pathetic this over the top adulation by a grown man. I'm sure management are quite capable of looking after themselves without your help and I also think the share holders can think and act for themselves without your direction. Once again you're making assertions that aren't true. Massive dilution has not been mentioned by anyone as far as I can recall.
