ckap, you would be severly testing the patience of the Cameroon & Congo Governments by 'pulling the pin' on current negotiations, especially considering the close ties they have with the Chinese. By 'pulling the pin' you would run the risk of losing the exploration licences altogether. I'm not sure it's such a fantastic idea unless you had the support of the Governments to take that action, which I'm not sure we would.
