GWR is controlled by a tight bunch of holders who are loyal to the board.
This announcement is the first conceptual target released by the board.
I feel this is been brought about by corporate activity from PMM.
I belive that an offer is imminent, but could come from anyone. We are on the map now.
Harbinger have plenty of cash I believe, as do portmans and clevelands.
Now we wait for our pay day.
