what is the AFR article referring to re daigou parcel tax
i thought the only tax is the 11.9% for e-commerce that was introduced and known in april. no tax for daigou or normal gift parcel trade.
$6.30 is more than 11.9% tax, and is applied to daigous. This is totally new and unsubstantiated information?
Under the new rules, infant formula sent to individuals from overseas attracts a flat tax rate of 30 yuan ($6.30) a kilogram, according to a notice displayed at a customs office in Shanghai.
