New tax rate from 30% to 45% for KSL

    KSL will pay higher tax rate from 30% to 45% that explains the reason for KSL down hill today. BFL has more tax benefit due to not paying $K190m/yearly (as >40% of the PNG market) and will be treated the same as smaller banks
